Filthy plot, sidewalks and park

Hello
On Faidras street there is an empty plot filthy with all garbage, dirt, snakes, rodents. The grass is coming on the sidewalk and people can no longer walk on sideways.
Park is filthy and needs cleanup. No lights in the park. So much dirt, garbage, grass that its dangerous for kids or anyone to even stand.
Its a shame to live like in a jungle. Kindly take out some time and clean it up.
