3 Stray and domestic dogs roaming without leash or owner

There are 3 stray dogs roaming in this area.
Some of them are big dogs and could pose a threat to young and old during the morning and evening walks and playtime.
There are also some dogs roaming around (with collars but no owners nearby) that have already attacked an old lady on Thalias street.
The situation is so shameful that people have started walking with metal pipes.
Strict and immediate action is needed as early as possible (dog collection and warning to owners).
