Constant dog barking at nights

Constant and loud dog barking lasts for a month now.

It usually starts at 22:00-23:00pm, then goes silent for a while and then repeats for 2-3 times at night for a long periods of time.
Today it was from 3:30 am till 4:30 am and from 6:00 am till 7:00 am.
It disturbs our sleep, our children and leaves us next day depressed and annoyed.

It seems that barking comes from semi-detached house at address 4193, Alexandrou Papadiamanthi 10а, near highway.
It looks like that owners are not home at night or leave somewhere, or just deaf, I don't know.

I spoke to my lawyer and he told me that such dogs behaviour is clear violation of Article 18(ε)(i) of the Dogs’ Act (184(Ι)/2002,
so I ask you to initiate an investigation and return calm and peace to our area.
